How do I get access to SnapFind?
Submit a request on our Request Access page with your studio details. Our team reviews every application and typically responds within 24 hours with trial access.
How does the guest face-search work?
Guests upload a single selfie on your event page. Our AI matches it against every photo in the event and returns only the ones they appear in — usually in a few seconds.
What happens to guest selfies after matching?
Selfies are used only to generate a face embedding for matching and are not stored as photos afterward.
How do guests pay for clean (unwatermarked) downloads?
You set your own pricing tiers and UPI QR code in your studio settings. Guests pay you directly and upload a payment screenshot, which you approve from your dashboard before their clean downloads unlock.
How does billing work?
New studios start on a free trial. After that, subscriptions are renewed manually via UPI — pay SnapFind directly and our team activates your renewal, usually within a few hours.
Is there a limit on events or photos?
No — the Professional plan includes unlimited events and unlimited photo uploads.
